Patients requiring immediate appointments are advised to contact the office by phone at 517.448.8918 to schedule their appointments.

In order schedule an appointment you must be a current existing patient of Dr. Schmidt prior to the date of the requested appointment. You can request your next appointment online, by completing the form below.

We cannot guarantee availability of the exact time you have requested, however we will do our best to work within the time slot selected. The hours that Dr. Schmidt is available for appointments are as follows: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am.

Please notify the office at least 24 hour in advance. We reserve the right to charge for failed appointments.
